“Wow, I finally get it! It’s taken me years to accept myself and to back myself up. I’m like a different person.

I come in here every coaching session and we just go after my old mind-set and beliefs and break it down into the new options and new steps I need to take.

I am finally so happy with who I am. I love my work. I still want a committed relationship but I’m much more relaxed about it. I’ve learned how to choose the right men to date and right now I’m seeing a very good man.

And I’m able to accept and deal with my very dysfunctional family in a mature way that keeps me sane and staying adult. They even step up to behaving more maturely more often!
